James came to the property and gave a reasonable estimate of all inclusive cost and time to do the porch roof. And once agreed he started the job promptly the next day and completed it in 1.5 days as estimated. Thoroughly professional in his work ethic and approach. Highly recommended. (My neighbour saw him working diligently on my porch and immediately booked him for a small repair job on his own roof, which James only started after he had completed all my work).

Excellent service provided. Explained what work was required initially and completed the job to a high standard. Prices reflect work completed and not over inflated like some of the quotes received. Would recommend this company.

Fixed my Facia boards at the front of house. Removed old wooden boarding and replaced with PVC. Friendly service and work was quoted and complete on the same day.

Roof leak repair
Unprofessional Service and Poor Quality Work by James Avoid this company! I recently hired James( Diamond Roofing)to fix a leak in my roof. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. The leak started again just the next day after James supposedly fixed it. This indicates poor quality work and a lack of proper repair skills. Since the problem re-emerged, I've been trying to reach James to address the issue, but he's not picking up my calls. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. If you're looking for a reliable roofer who does quality work and stands behind it, then look elsewhere. This company falls short on both counts.
