Kitchen ceiling skim in one corner, plus a (possible overboard) and skim in the lounge and dining area. Professional opinion sought on the job.

I have 3 internal doors which need trimming so they close properly and some rotten wood removed and replace around an internal door way.

No heating or hot water from what I can make out it looks like the pressure is low on the gauge
