Remove metal gate and posts. Replace with 6 ft wood gate with posts, lock and bolt. Space approx 4ft wide. Will involve cemented in original posts.

A lot of mortar has come loose around the ridge tiles and need re-bedding. A couple of other roof tiles have also lifted.

I need a "quiet" ceiling extractor fan fitted with timer and humidity stat. The outflow to run via roof end wall 3 feet from extractor position.
