Replace new radiators in 3 x bathroom/toilet. And 3 x downstairs living room and kitchen. Radiators and values we have ordered already.

Boiler needs servicing. Also, the hot watre side works OK but the central heating does not fire up when the thermostat is turned up high

Waste pipe behind the toilet is leaking

We have a small area of plaster which needs repairing. Don’t need a very smooth finish as it’s an old house and walls are quite bumpy anyway!

We would like two large Indian sandstone tiles cutting to size and fixing in place for our front doorstep inside and another internal doorway.
