I think there are few tiles that’s have moved and it is leaking when it’s raining in to the bathroom

Skimming over existing plaster. Someone tried to do it but made complete mess out of it. Need to have it done properly.

Laminate flooring all over the 3 bed house , with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen. Also, carpets on the stair case.
