New tiling for the living and replacing the kitchen tiles to match the living room tiles.

Flush fitted plug socket for wall mounted tv. Will need to go through the cavity wall from an existing plug.

End wall of of house, half already painted by use of ladders but unable to reach to eaves - approx 25m high, paint supplied by me.

Leak coming from bathroom into our kitchen. Needs investigating. Bathroom panel needs to be removed and pipes checked.

I need my front and back garden tidying. The hedges need trimming and the lawn needs to be mowed. Also I need some ivy removing from the back garden.
