Fixing hinges properly on the existing door

Hello, I have an internal door that needs plaining down roughly about 3.5mm

I have 3 bedroom doors that need hanging upstairs, I have purchased the doors and the tubular latch x3

We need 2 doirs trimmed due to having carpet fitted . We have been advised that these are fire doors hence the carpet fitters not being able to make...
