Not locking properly the windows

Looking for someone to cut our small lawn grass usually takes me less then an hour it’s a small garden.

Due to the wind my back fence part of it has come away the panels are intact

The Front Door has a draft coming through it. It requires some attention. I presume some sort of draft excluder

Rewire all sockets, adding additional power points for electrical radiators
