I have full liability insurance cover up to 1 m and other insurance regarding to my work I have three people working for me if need be that's of course it depends to the type of jobs. I do full bathrooms boilers heating work plumbing and more.

Oh my gosh! What I thought was to be a quick 10 minute job, turned out to be over an hour, but he stuck to it and never gave up. No matter what problems he came across, he never got upset. ZH, gave me full customer satisfaction and even cleaned up after himself.

Zachary arrived on time. Evaluated the the requirement which I had found difficult to convey over the phone. Went to collect spares and started work. Both issues fixed, although a complete fix to the bath would have required removal of panels. Z&H advised against it for now - "see how it goes". He also looked at the complete pluming solution from boiler to hot water, water softener to taps and removed some debris. A professional, a clean and tidy worker. We would definitely ask him back.
