I was very impressed with Zachary. He took the time to explain every aspect of the installation and worked in a very tidy manner. Checked everything was working after the installation and even fixed a couple of additional issues that weren't related. This was also followed up with a call next day to ensure everything was still ok. Would definitely use Zachary again.

Zachary has done a brilliant job for us. Fiddly replacement of cracked tiles, and I found that I had the wrong tiles. Nothing was too much trouble, Zachary was totally committed to solving the problem and even went out to get the tiles himself. He cleared up after the job too! I would highly recommend.

Helo everyone Please ignore my first review because mr Zachary literally begged me to do it because of a negative review by one of his costumer . He told me that he might loses his job . I felt sorry and did it . He called himself a professional plumber but please do not fall for this lie . He know noting . I bought a vanity bathroom unit all he needed was to fit them on his place because it was already assembled . He had no clue how to do it he damaged the unit completely from , cutting , fixing , and even using of wrong silicon ( I have pictures if anyone wants to see his work ) . He blamed on me that because I bought it online and it is cheap it didn't fit properly . I have the receipt it was not cheap . He did not know anything a bout the measurements, balance . He left with a leaking waste pipe because he did not know the size of waste pipe even after talking to a member of staff in B&Q which I put him on the phone . This man is such lair that rep of your money . I doubt his plumbing sirtificate . The only things that he knows is talking non stop and show you pictures in his Mobil which he took from someone else is work . I didn't believe in his bad reviews and now paying the price .

Most diligent and caring. It was a relief to get the job done especially by someone who cared about the problem and explained what he was doing . I would recommend him to my friends of course.
