Remove and block up existing back door
Nothing wrong with the site or the speed in which they responded but the contractor we chose, Zbec Building, should be avoided at all costs. Order placed in January, small amount of work done early on, but not completed and the rest of the work - installing bi-folds and new radiator has never been done. We have been without a back door for over 4 months and have had to put up with lies, empty promises, assurances that have never materialised and his refusal to respond to messages most of the time. He has been paid a first instalment but only completed half the job and also, we are now having to pay additional call our charges to the kitchen fitting company due to them not being able to finish our kitchen due to the bi-folds not being installed. A total disaster that has been going on for over 5 months! Do not use Zbec Building!!!!
