YY Property Service is a family run business started in 2016. We started this business because of our passion for getting things done correctly. Our goal is to provide the best services for our customers. The services we provide include:
Carpet, upholstery, house, driveway and commercial cleaning. Carpet, Vinyl, Laminate and wooden floor fitting. Tiling, painting & decorating, door fitting, decking, patio, shed, fences, flat-pack assembly and general handyman jobs.

Wall Tiling
Found YY when another tiler let me down. He was available very quickly and promptly gave me a very good quote. The tiling wasnt the easiest job and a lot of tilers didnt come forward to do it so I’m very happy with YY. Only thing I would say is I had a new quartz worktop and the black grout stained this so I had to purchase a specific product to get this out. To be fair it was the upstand which is an awkward angle to cover up. Overall very happy and did a great job. Would use again
