YY Property Service is a family run business started in 2016. We started this business because of our passion for getting things done correctly. Our goal is to provide the best services for our customers. The services we provide include:
Carpet, upholstery, house, driveway and commercial cleaning. Carpet, Vinyl, Laminate and wooden floor fitting. Tiling, painting & decorating, door fitting, decking, patio, shed, fences, flat-pack assembly and general handyman jobs.

After having tradesman in over the last few weeks & really not been impressed,with some of there work,It was a delight to meet Richard,he’s polite,gave me the information so I understood what I wanted doing,he completed the job cleaned up after himself,I certainly would use him again,first class job all round.

Wooden Doors - Internal
Yann did a 5-star job of fitting two internal doors for me, and spoke me through the process as he went along also. Extremely polite and efficient gentleman, I look forward to seeing him again soon to have some more doors fitted in future. Can not recommend enough.

Carpet Laying
I am very impressed with the carpet fitting completed by Yann on 6 July. He arrived on time and carefully and professionally fitted underlay and carpet in a bathroom for me. A door bottom needed a cutting adjustment and Yann was able to complete this too and then rehang the door for me. The job turned out exactly as I wanted and for a competitive and reasonable pricing. Good communications, very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Yann.
