The refurbishment which we originally asked them itself was ok, but they have not finished to fix a problem after the completion which should be covered with the 6month warranty. They came once to check it and needed to come back to finalise the work. As they did not come back as promised, I contacted them. They told me that their staff got coronavirus and had to stay at home. However, they have not replied to us since 2nd Dec 2020 although I emailed and sent them a text to ask them when they could come back to finish the work. The part which needs fixing has left undone. The warrant was nothing. Terrible. They have still kept our keys and do not return them to us although I asked them several times. According to their facebook, they posted their newly finished work on 16th Feb 2021, which is obvious that they do not have to stay at home due to coronavirus. The terrible and angry things are no reply to us and no return of our keys to us. One of the keys is the entrance key to the building site, which caused security problem to all tenants, not only to us.
