Good job done satisfied

Responded to my email asap. Visited the next day. All explained thorougbly. Job done within a week of the quote. More needed doing than we thought but this was also explained and advice given. Lots of pictures sent to us so we could see the damage, and then the work done. It is early days but let's hope the work done rectified the problem. David, from Wizard, said to contact him if there are any issues.

I highly recommend this company. Dave attended very properly to look at the issue and had a very detailed look at the issue and to what was causing it and checked all the moisture in the walls where the issues was. Dave explained in detail what was needed to fix it and the quote for the work was fairly price and I agreed for the work to be done and a date was set. Working was carried out in 2 days in a timely manner, had all the right equipment for the job and was kept updated all the way trough the job and the job was all clean and tidy at the end. I also decided before the job finished not to have any replastering done to the wall as I felt best to leave the room to dry out also due to other works going on at the house, I felt it was best not to replaster at this time. Dave very understanding to why I made the decision and adjusted the price. To sum it all I recommend this company and I would happily use them again in the future.

Excellent service

Wizard restorations turned up on time to give a quote as requested, however as he was looking at the roof he spotted the problem. Within half an hour he sorted the problem did the job and charged only a call out fee. I would recommend this company. He was genuine and did not try to inflate the job required or cost. A previous tradesperson quoted nearly a £1000.

Prompt response. Attended site quickly to assess the job and provided instant quote. Work commenced later the same week and was completed quickly. No fuss no mess, and its only been a few days but so far seems to have addressed the issue.

So prompt, pleasant, and so comprehensive, and obviously skilled and expert and helpful in his advice. Prompt work. Very fair price compared to others. I intend to provide further work for this firm.

Dave from WR reached out to me within an hour of posting my job on this website. He organised a visit to provide a quote at my convenience a few days later. Throughout the job, WR were excellent communicators and made me aware of the timelines and any issues well in advance. Both of the team who came to do the job were personable and very knowledgeable in their trade. They were both also very timely and were not late to a single appointment or morning. The quote was fair and I felt that the price of goods and labour was commensurate to the excellent quality of the finished service. The job itself was entirely painless from my perspective. They handled every aspect from start to finish and were very accomodating of my occasional requests and last-minute changes. They made sure that everything was tidied and in a better condition than when they arrived. The finish of the Properla treatment they used is also excellent. I'm very happy with the results.
