Super chap, polite and helpful who had good product knowledge and explained the problem and how to rectify it in detail. Fast and reliable service by Dave. The work was completed to a high standard with follow up offered at no extra cost, I was informed step by step about what was involved with the damp proofing process and I felt comfortable and confident with the work done.
