We are based in Dales rd Ipswich are with Checkatrade fully qualified builders,extensions and all building work our turnover last year was 1.7m we have been in business with this company for 5 years myself trevor Barker some 40 years in the industry winning the developer of the year awards for the last 3 years with HJ Collection based in Canary Wharf London running there developments and acquisitions now with Wise Smart Living Ltd and branching out further full qualifications gas safe Napit health & Safety,first aiders and fire registered we also purchase and develop out our own projects 3 developments at the moment former nicholsons lawyers offices in lowestoft 11 units Beccles former Barclays bank 8 units London road Lowestoft 11 units we buy defunct office blocks then use PD rights to convert into apartements and hold full in house trades to cover all aspects of building work from extensions down to small works plumbing etc we are fully insured Public Liability 10m and contractors all risks some of our reviews are on checkatrade we cover large and small projects and offer a competent fully transparent building service we have 3 extensions underway at the moment we are reliable and trustworthy
