Fix Leak in Single Storey Flat Roof
Part of the job was not visible from the ground or upper rooms. This has since been inspected and found to be very poor quality resulting in leaking into an upper room. We have tried several times to contact the business to get a fix under their guarantee but have been ghosted.

Leaking Roof and Tile Replacement
Roy responded very quickly to the job posted and arrived promptly to view the job. The work needed to prevent further roof leaking was clearly outlined. The work was started on the same day and completed on the second day. I was pleased with the quality of the work completed by the team, although the cleaning up could have been a bit better. I passed Roy’s contact details to a neighbour who had a similar problem.

Loved these guys. Roof proved to be unsafe and these lads went straight into fixing the problems and issues we didn’t realised. Explained everything clearly and photos. Chimney and Ridge Tile Repair
after the work on my roof was carried out it continued to leak when it rained. I contacted Roy who said he would come back. he never did. he ignores all messages and emails. i was given no receipt for my payment of £1500 and nothing in writing to show the work is guaranteed for 10yrs. no written estimate for the job. just verbal price and states i can do the work today. with it being my roof i accepted in good faith. looks like he just took my money and ran
