Roof Leak Fixing
Paul Winter is brilliant. My sister was ill in hospital and we found her roof at home was leaking. I live a long way away and got quotes from three roofers . Paul was not the cheapest but he was so professional. Repaired the roof next day. Kept me informed with videos and phone calls as to the progress. Found more needed doing and completed that job the following day…I highly recommend him. It was such a relief to be able to tell my sister that her home is now watertight.

Ridge tile replacement

Tree Felling
The contractor came and assessed the job. He quoted £600 for the trimming of the tree. I asked specifically whether the price included the clearing up. He agreed and, after some bargaining, we shook hands on the agreed figure. When the job was done he asked for more money to cover the disposal of the waste. I argued that everything had been included in the price agreed, and paid him £600. This disagreement was most unfortunate, as relations had been cordial, and the team had responded positively to my requests for further removal of some branches. They also removed a holly stump which had not been included i the original agreement. The team disappeared before I had a chance to thank them. Overall the job was well done, though I aim to improve the symmetry of the tree by removing two more branches myself.
