Spoke to William Kerr around lunchtime as our requirements were fairly basic he was able to give me a cost over the phone. He came and completed the work this afternoon. Very competent man will definitely keep him in mind for any future Electrical work.

William was quick to get in touch with an excellent quote to replace the cracked wall socket. His wife Lorna arranged a mutually convenient date/time and kept me updated. He arrived in perfect time and was very pleasant and professional throughout. I will recommend him to friends/family and will certainly have no hesitation in using his services again in the future :-)

William made contact with me via text and came to visit the next day. He was polite, punctual and helpful . Hired him to fit 2 spotlights to side of my property and a security camera.... he was very patient and explained how to connect camera to my mobile phone as I'm not very technical. I'm very pleased with the result, and gave sincere apologies to him for having to navigate his way through my rather cluttered loft. His attention to detail to meet my pernickety needs wasn't a problem. I will be hiring William again for some other electrical jobs and would highly recommend him.
