Fix Leaks: Bathroom Toilet & Radiator
He responded quickly to the job post, came out the following day, and fixed the job quickly and what I thought that was it. The leak then started again the following week and when contacted to come out again, Chris did initially reply but then ignored my messages.

Supply and fit replacement water pump

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Came out promptly to give a quote, came back at a reasonable price and kept me up to date with when the parts were due. Tiling cuts were a bit rough, but new shower tray drains correctly. Was supposed to come back to fit a face panel on the tray but didn't and stopped replying after getting paid. Wasn't worth chasing further, but disappointing end to an otherwise decent interaction
