I had an obvious leak on my downstairs toilet and a subtle leak on the loft. Eathan identified other problems and recommended up scaling of the whole roof which will entail replacing the felt membrane, verges and the batton including any damaged tiles. At the end of the job, he ended up not replacing all the verge and I suspect some of the batton and felt. The worst of it was that we had new leaks which he unsuccessfully tried to fix thrice. New leaks develop each time he tried. He finally recommended changing a whole section of tiles around the leaking areas stating that the tiles are letting in water and quoted a large amount to do this. At this point, I lost confidence in him and went for a second opinion. The verdict of the second opinion on the quality of his work confirmed my suspicion of his incompetency. I am disappointed and has requested to commence complaint/ redress procedure.

Amazing company and very polite. Very honest about what works needed to be carried out and what didn't. Listened and explained everything in detail. Would defo use again in fact already sorting next job 😊
