Both Wayne and his son were lovely and courteous throughout. Wayne called me immediately on the Sunday when I registered for a quote. He kept me informed throughout the day on the progress. The work was excellent and Tom (his son) cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed

Took ages to fix bathroom. Could not use bathroom for more than a month. Poor communication and not turning up on the day. Repair price higher than previously quoted. I wont be using this company any more. Overall satisfaction-2/5
