Fred was super patient with first-time homeowners. Answered all our silly questions and did not take advantage of our lack of experience. Quick on the communication, clear on what he needed to do and, oh boy, did he go above and beyond to help us out. Excellent work and thorough checks on things we didn't know needed checking. He found an issue we would never have known about until it was too late and then fixed it for us without hassle. I will 100% hire him again for other work and highly recommend him.
