Viscount Windows Ltd supply and install new build Conservatories, Full Insulation to the Interior of Conservatories inc Tiled Roofing Systems, Facia Soffits and all Rainwater gear to all types of domestic properties, Replacement Exterior Doors, both UPVC and COMPOSITE, Porches, Bi Folding Doors, French and Patio Doors, all available in standard white upvc, all woodgrain colours plus all current RAL colours.
All works undertaken are fully insured and fitted by time served craftsmen and project managed by our installation management and overseen by the Managing Director for full customer assurance and peace of mind, drawing on over 80 combined years of experience working on private customer properties.

Replace Two External Side Doors and Frames
So the job was booked in for 17/9 no one turn up when we contacted the company apparently the fitter had a accident the day before so wouldn't be coming so waited all day to be contacted again to rearrange the fitting only when we contacted them again did we get a new date first was 30/9 which was not convenient so arranged for the 28/9 contacted them again day before to confirm of what time they would be arriving and again they said they wouldn't be coming said they could do the next day communication is very poor with this company When the was job was finally done quite happy with it they guy that fitted the doors was very nice clean and tidy Then the only time we was contacted was when job was completed asking if everything was ok and could we transfer the outstanding balance bit off a cheek really This us why only got a 3/5 as communication is poor

VISCOUNT WINDOWS LTDWe are very sorry for the apparent lack of communications but our recoded records show all points and times of contact and attempted contact, twice we booked the fitting an d twice it was not in the end convenient for the customer they changed the fit date, unfortunately the fitter booked had an injury so we pulled in one of our other fitters who agreed to fit on Sunday again to fit in with the customer, the left review is unfair as we went out of our way to get the job done o a Sunday as this was the only convenient time not for us but the customer, not many companies will work on a rest day, but yes we did, and as stated by the customer a good all round satisfactory installation

Turned up when they said they were going to, gave us a good quote and did a good, professional job. No complaints

Install Suspended Ceiling in Conservatory
Bill and his team at Viscount Windows did an amazing job of transforming my conservatory. I am absolutely delighted with the results. All done within a day and for a very good price - having secured quotes from 2 other companies. Many thanks Bill - you're a a real gentleman.

Replace conservatory windows
Excellent company, very professional, polite, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone wanting any work doing and I am looking at having my conservatory converted and new windows this year with Bill and his team.

Weatherforce came and did a good job. It looks nice and tidy and water no longer streams down my window in heavy rain.
