Positive aspects: The contractor arrived on time. The job was completed quickly. Negative aspects: The job was considered a bit too expensive for the 10-minute work involved. The contractor was paid in cash, but the receipt was promised but not received.

Conservatory Cleaning Service
Although Mark was pleasant and did his best for an hour, I'm disappointed with the result for the £250 I paid to clean the conservatory. The top of the conservatory hasn't been touched, The gutters still have dirt in them, the removed dirt is left on my artificial grass and the windows have watermarks from the hose spray. Unfortunately, I have to find the time to clean the rest myself now and feel shortchanged.

Conservatory Roof Leak Repair
On time, cured the leaks in my polycarbonate conservatory roof. A 'can do' attitude. However I am still waiting for my receipt which serves as a guarantee, hence only four stars.
