Fencing & Gates - Wooden
We hired TWS Greenery for installing new fence panels for our garden. We got a reasonable quote for the works and initial responses were prompt. However, the works carried out were not professional and we are disappointed with what we got at the end. During the works, we were not consulted with on the progress or how they are going to do some works. We needed to intervene several times to raise our concern throughout the works, but less successful in changing things already done. We also needed to negotiate to do some of the works to be done which we were already in the quote. We are not satisfied almost all the aspects of the fence works including tidying up (for ourselves and neighbour), post installation, securing the fences ( some fences left with opening below) In retrospect, we regret hiring the wrong person for the job.
