The job was time sensitive and out of hours but the engineer, Anthony who attended proved to be reliable, trustworthy and cheerful and highly competent. The work was completed to everyone's satisfaction and certainly surpassed my expectations. Anthony has a very engaging personality, took the trouble to explain clearly how he would resolve the issues and got on with doing it. I would certainly ask for his services again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.
