Replace dual flush in my toilet
Came quickly to do the repair, ut refused to change the siphon as they felt it unnecessary. The siphon exploded four days later at midnight! Soaking the bathroom floor , wetting the walls and warping the downstairs door and frame. They came quickly the next morning and replaced the gasket then tried to charge me for the call-out. This I refused to do . I now have to get my utility room wall and ceiling repainted and the door frame sanded so I can close it. They say they are not responsible for this and have disclaimed responsibility. As I have an excess on my insurance I will have to pay for the repairs. I was extremely disappointed with the company.

TT Drainage and Plumbing Services LtdAfternoon, Thank you for posting the review, but we need to clear up some facts here the syphon on your toilet was not the cause of your issue that had blown up inside of your toilet, it was in fact a old ball valve that had blown up, this ball valve had blown up four days after we looked at your syphon and this ball valve was not supplied and fitted by TT Drainage & Plumbing, we attended within an hour of your phone call and have shown you photos of the blown ball valve of which, had not been fitted or suppled by the company, we are sorry you feel this way but your insurance company has nothing to do with the company and for the record we could have charged for the revisit to supply and fit a new ball valve but we decided due to the circumstances not to charge you on this occasion and pointed out that we were not labile for something we had supplied or fitted if we had supplied and fitted the part we would have been labile.
