Roof Cleaning
Started off at £450 ended up £700. Tried to contact Mr Roper by email, text, 3 different phone calls (not the one on the Web site) and reported him to Bark, it is now 03/11/2023 still no reply and he attended the job on 25/10/2023. Was due to start at 9.30am did not turn up until 10.30am went missing for over an hour at about 11.30am and packed up by 3pm. The job was to de moss front, side, garage and porch roofs, the side has not been done I ended doing the garage roof myself AND cleaning all the guttering AND repairing a leak in the guttering from where the ladders were up against, the parts that were done did not have any cleaning solution put on afterwards. I was told that I needed some felt work done and that EPS trays could be used and I needed 5 trays at £35 a tray ONLY ONE TRAY WAS USED, and they cost £34 for a pack of 5 trays. And the annoying thing is too that I had done some of the main roof myself. I had 4 neighbours come and ask me for his phone number, HA HA they don't want it now. He did ask me if I wanted to go up the ladder to have a look AND LIKE AN IDIOT I SAID NO I TRUST YOU??? He 1st turned up on the Tuesday and said he could do the job tomorrow (Weds) I should have heard the alarm bells ringing then for him to be able to do the job so soon. I asked him what area he was from and it took him a while and very vaguely he said Kings Heath I don't think he knows where that is he is from Evesham. He did show me a picture on his phone as to where the felt was missing, I have been to the roof many times in the past to do bits and pieces never seen anything like the photo he showed me I WONDER HOW LONG HE HAS HAD THAT PHOTO ON HIS PHONE. As you can see I can fully recommend UNIVERSALL ROOFING AND MR ROPER --- I DON'T THINK ---. PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE

Rang within 20 minutes of job going live and visited within 2 hours. Went onto roof to Review job and gave an honest assessment of requirements and what would fix problems. Very reasonable quote and guarantee given on completion before payment. Happy to recommend.
