Neil and team were fantastic. Honest, punctual and trustworthy. Came on time, worked throughout the day, no tea breaks or asking for drinks etc. Really slogged on to finish job at a High standard. Neil stepped in at v short notice to help sort out the plastering after my previous builder went awol and took all the money. Neil was understanding and was more than reasonable and relieved me of so much stress when he put 2 to 3 lads on to finish the work in 2 days. His quote was helpful in comparison to 3 others which were out of my budget. The team were thorough and sorted out other problems which they noticed e.g. I had rising damp under the bay window and the corner which they were able to fix straight a way at a reasonable price. NeiL did not ask for a deposit or any money upfront ..he gave me a quote and showed me a receipt for the materials which were the only additional costs and damp proof. I Paid all on completion except that Neil asked me to hold some payment until he return for damp proofing and clearing everything and making sure I was happy with work. There were some mess but Neil cleared everything up for me. This showed his customers and reputation counts. His workers are a team and very loyal and honestly speaking that must mean alot to anyone hiring. They have high skilled workers for every kind of job who know exactly what is required and finish to a high standard. I highly recommend Trowel Team Plus Plastering. Neil and Sheila were incredibly helpful, firendly and professional. They provided me with a fair quote and kept me in the loop as to when they'd be on site and how long the job would take. I'm very happy with the job they've done and would wholeheatedly recommend them!

Neil and the team explained the process from start to finished and what to expect due to just purchasing a house that was in need of some tlc and had a few hidden extras along the way, Neil with his professionalism did his utmost to rectify the problem that a previous builder didn't do so well (to say the least) and all the time kept me informed and the cost no pressure explained what was needed and how much it will be. To say the least, I will be using Neil again and will be passing his details on to anybody who needs not only plastering but they also have a team of fully qualified fitters. Neil came the same day I posted the job, gave me a quote and returned 3 days later to carry out the work. I was really grateful for this as many other plasterers didn't even bother to return my calls! The work (plasterboard to the ceiling and round the window and skimming of all 4 walls) was completed in less than a day to a high standard and Neil returned on the next working day to refix a ceiling light bracket and touch up a few (very minor) snags. I was very impressed with the team's work ethic and they were all friendly and willing to explain any queries I had. There had been a delay in the work of one day due to a family emergency, but I was grateful that Neil completed the job so well and so quickly. The only thing that kept this from being a 5* review is that I would have preferred it if more protective sheets etc had been put down to cover the varnished floorboards (although I appreciate that the lack of this was due to the team coming on a Saturday and perhaps not being as prepared as they usually would be). There was no permanent damage, however- just took a bit of elbow grease. Thanks again to Neil and the team, I will be back in contact when I'm ready for the next plastering job in my house.

Would highly recommend Neil and the team. He was easy to get hold of and communicated throughout. Came to do the job really quickly and did a fantastic job. Left my kitchen and garden cleaner than they found it. They really knew what they were doing and I’m pleased with the result.

They’ve been fully payed But I’m still waiting for the team to book and show up to amend and finish the work that was started. It’s been two months and no words from Neil or his team.
