The actual job and works people were very efficient. But the management and communication was and is poor. I needed to get the company back to finish off the job ( niggly details) . This took 3 weeks to actually get the men back . ……. At the end of the two week s it took to do the main job I was let down over the gate …….and was told to organise my own …… I was very annoyed at this outcome as it’s now taking another 6/8 weeks to complete my drive. I am pleased with the overall job. But cannot get the full view as still waiting for my gates to arrive and be fitted by another company …….at the moment I still have my old gate up which I cannot use and a green bin filling the gap made to widen the drive…… Not the look I was after ….costing me a mere £20 k……….

When a DIFFERENT trader let us down badly twice, Trent Valley quickly gave us a good quote and completed the job quickly, and competently, in adverse weather conditions. Good communication throughout, and went the extra mile. Very pleasant and helpful team. Thankyou. Will definitely use again.
