New Roofing for Flat Roof/Conservatory
Everything seemed OK with the work until after finishing it rained which proved the job to be badly done, he came back to fit a wooden batten which it rained an hour after showing it still wasn't suitable plus part of the guttering fell down. At this point when I let him know he threatened to come and remove the roof as I have not made the final payment and threatened to post personal things about me which are totally unsupported. He accused me of tampering with the guttering and if he came back would be charging me. During the week of construction he left his dog wandering about to dig up gardens and foul wherever it wanted. Damage was also caused to our property which he isn't bothered about at all. In all avoid this person unless you want to recieve threats when you have any issues with his questionable work.

Total ConstructionWhat a load of complete nonsense! We’ve constructed the new cut timber roof from scratch. New wall plate which was resin bolted to the existing house and then new timber joists installed to the wall plate. Between the joists was insulated with 100mm insulation and then the roof was covered with 18mm OSB. We’ve installed a rubber EPDM roofing system and all was watertight when tested.
