Flat Roof
My kitchen was leaking in several places in heavy rain, as my fibreglass flat roof was proving inadequate to deal with it. Pat replaced it quickly, while we had a window of dry weather. He put in a felt roof, which I preferred. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his diligence, which included a substantial journey each day from St. Austell area to St. Ives. The 15year warranty is reassuring too.

Flat Roof
From start to finish my experience of dealing with Pat from Total Care Home Improvements was a very good one. After posting my job online Pat made contact straight away, I informed him that I had a flat roof that was leaking and he and his team came over the very next day. The job was completed in full within the time given, Pat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again in future.

job completed on schedule and at the price agreed. I will not know the true effectiveness of repair until we have the next downpour. That said Patrick said he would return if issues were not 100% addressed. I'm sure this will not be needed.

Patrick responded efficiently and was able to book in the work very quickly which was important to me since it was a roof that had started leaking. Needless to say, it hasn't leaked since after the work was completed! Thanks Patrick.
