Roof Tile Repair/Replacement
A lovely man , however, he did some roofing Job for me seven months ago. not what i hired him for but a small flat roof needed repairing so i gave him the job and for him to add a batton to where the guttering is. Since then I have been having problem when it rains. After paying another company to check. No batton was replaced and they said the work is not properly done . I've been quote £ one thousand five houndred to repair the botch job. Unfortunately he became unwelI i could not get in contact with him so i had to pay another company to get the rubble removed also. Am well out of pocket.

Garden Maintenance
A working team of two men gave their company as TME Exterior Home Improvements I was given a hand written quote of £650 which I paid by cheque. The job was to clear weed and rubbish from my quite large vegetable plot. They had verbally quoted 2 days work for 3 men but in the event there were 2 men (father and son) on the job for one day. They hired / possessed powered clearance tools and also dug some by hand. They worked hard. £650 was the agreed price. They achieved good weed and debris clearance of the area I wanted specified and removed one dead tree stump.
