Roof Repair
TH Ball Roofing provided me with a free quotation, which entailed getting up on the roof to investigate the problems, taking photographs and discussing the issues with me and providing a couple of options. The quote was fair considering on the amount of work that was necessary. I agreed to the quote and the work was carried out to a really excellent quality a few days later. I feel confident that a good job has been done and it has come with a ten year guarantee too which is reassuring. I would definitely use TJ Ball Roofing again should I require some work to be carried out on my roof or guttering. Very pleasant experience, absolutely no mess, very little disruption and so efficient. Thank you Thomas.

I was contacted promptly and the time given to come and view the job was kept to. Other quotes did not visit the site. While the job was higher than others quoted, the site visit and regular communication instilled confidence that the job would be done well and within the time discussed. A good job done, with a high level of communication, thanks.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
I was given an honest appraisal of what the job involved I had the option of reparing my guttering or replacing it at an obviously a higher price. The work came with a guarantee.

Roof Repair
Tom was very swift in replying, very prompt in arriving when stated and equally as quick when returning to do the work. He was polite, friendly, considerate (to current Covid requirements), thorough and completed his work (with a colleague) to a high standard. We would use him again for any future job and would highly recommend him.
