Fix Leak in Two-Storey Slate Roof
Very considerate, thoroughly explained all the complications caused by not just wear and tear but former contractor's negligence. He really went the extra mile. Have already told friends about him. Ala n took photos of the old tiles and slates in place so I could see just how much storm damage etc had happened

Chimney Repair and Roof Maintenance
Alan came out and did a thorough check of everything I wanted done and supplied me with a quote for the work. Once I was ready for it to be donehe came back and did the job swiftly and efficiently. Very easy to deal with and prompt service plus a nice guy into the bargain. I wil be keeping Alan's details for future reference.

Roof Repair and Chimney Flashing
Alan is currently refelting my roof, so will come back with an update after few weeks. But so far I can say Alan and his team is an overall good experience! Alan turned up in time every time, been honest and fair priced, he did a long and detailed roof inspection, quoted quickly, kept in touch with me and answered all my questions even before I had decided to get him! Alan has great customer service skills, sent me pictures while carrying on with the job, explained me every step taken, broke down the price, listened to my opinion. His team is being serious and focusing on the job, no mess left behind! I am pleased that I chose Alan to take care of my old rotten roof!
