In the process of becoming City & Guilds certified with a leading UK training provider. Tile ArchiteX operates with Public liability insurance through Chiswell Insurance.
Completed bathroom and kitchen floor and wall tile installations including preparation of substrate and tanking/waterproofing of shower areas. Tile patterns completed include brick, diamond and herringbone. Revive tired looking tile installations with new grouting and sealant.
The Process:
1. Discussion of job via phone, email or site visit.
2. Email over quote + detailed scope of work including time breakdown + materials to be used and their benefits.
3. Carry out the job to clients requirements.
4. After completion email over invoice + before, during & after photos + technical properties of materials used + guidance on maintenance requirements.
5. Check in with client after 4 weeks to ensure they are still satisfied with the job undertaken.
Many tile installations fail due to incorrect materials used and poor practices. It is for that reason that i like to show transparancy with my work, clearly showing materials used and reasons chosen as well as providing progress photos so you can be confident the work was carried out properly and will last for years to come.
