Knock Down Kitchen Wall
I would never recommend this company to anyone. We only put up the job for the wall to come down, once owner had contacted us, it was arranged that his "manager" would come out to see us, We found him very good and wanting to help as we appreciated it for this being our first home as a young couple, turns out he is just a very good salemans that can not follow through on his promises. My husband and I were more than patient with the workers and supposed manager of his company but after being quoted 1 and a half weeks for the job...It has now turned into months with work still not completed from starting in june with it still not completed to this day. We had workers in our home from 8am in the morning until 8pm at night for weeks on end, our home was left in a very unsafe way with sharp tools, open floors boards and wires left at the end of the night so we could not even use our home after a long day at work. Workers even left their food mess lying on the floor and broke sentimental glasses of our and left the broken glass hidden and lying on the floor for potential ourselves or our dog to walk on. The last straw from all this stress was when a worker walked into our home at 7.30am in the morning when my husband was getting ready for work uninvited. When I had a call with the manager he said he would not be back into our home and that he would be fired, After another week of delay the electrician was not fired and was brought back into our home to look over the wires that had been tripped by the plasterer. I would also recommend not paying the last amount of your bill until you are happy the work is completed as as soon as we had paid the last amount, all communication stopped, we then tried multiple times to get in touch with the manager as one of their workers had our house key for a further 3 weeks once the job was "done" to which we nearly had to go the police. Once the owner came out with our key, he wanted to see the work that was done and even he admitted himself that the workers work that had been done was terrible. A meeting was then arranged with both owner and manager and it was canceled and rearranged countless times and over a 5 week period! The work that has been done in our home is near to appalling with floors lifting, damage done to walls from electrician, electrics were shorted and we had to throw more than £200 worth of food out that we are still awaiting back from the owner that was promised. This is alongside our electrics being tripped as the plasterer had filled in over an open and live wire that the electrician had supposedly cut off. This led to us having to get a different electrician in for this to be fixed and were promised by the owner to be reinbursed £150 for their mistake but again still awaiting this too. This company is full of lies, false promises and does not even make up for all that with good work. We have asked since the beginning for our invoice which still we have not received dispite being promised this to be sent over multiple times in a 4 month period. We were also told that from the owner that they have a 5 year guarantee which originally we were not even told about, When told to the "manager" he said this was a 1 year guarantee which is irrelevant as they do not even come back out to complete "scuff work" as they put it after they are paid. This is not even the start of everything we have endured and the severe lack of communication by both owner and manager has now led us to report this company to trading standards as we do not want anyone else taken advantage off and going to small claims court.

Fence Installation & Wood Gazebo Setup
The workmen were good when they turned up. Of those Mikey Kenny and Chris worked hard, However John's work management skills need to improve. There was a delay with my slabs order and when they did arrive it was over a week before work resumed and then stopped due to bad slab batch which wasn't their fault. The first day part fence was put up then promises of being there 'tomorrow' but then various reasons for no show on at least 4 occasions. I worked more than they in my garden in their absences and just wanted them to finish the slab laying tidy up and go. Totally exhausting experience.

Tidy bricks paving & landscapingYes slab wasn’t our fault and if you handed keep changing the design 10 time over it wood be ok plus if you had left the guys alone job wood been done faster all in all one of worst custom iv had to work for I wood never work for you agin hope you all best

They went over and above and the work is very good they left everything tidy iam so pleased with the work they did.

Reinstall back garden fencing
The builder turned up very quickly and has done an absolutely superb job on both front and back fences. Both fences have now got concrete bases and will not blow over in the next storm. I cannot praise him highly enough.
