Garden leveling, shed replacement, tree cutting
1. Thomas Richardson carpentry. He rushed a job and as a result did not finish it. He advised me to buy Postcrete to finish the job myself. 2. He was supposed to oversee the jobs of contractors he had instructed and paid but was off-site resulting in Four Seasons Landscaping driving off after a total of 3 hours work. 3. I explained to him how disappointed I was and asked him what he was going to do to rectify the unfinished work. 4. He said he would contact Four Seasons Landscaping, but the 50% deposit he paid them was non-refundable. He then sent me his spreadsheet of prices for work done, and included paying Four Seasons Landscaping for 17 hours work. 5. Four Seasons Landscaping did not do 17 hours work. They delivered some of the materials and then dumped a mountain of builders sand in front of my property and covering the public pavement - then drove off. 6. Thomas Richardson watched as me (65 years old) and my female friend (78) years old shovelled the mountain of sand from my front garden, through the ginnel, dumping it into my back garden. It took us over 5 hours to do in the pouring rain. He never offered to help. 7. The shed he erected has to be moved so it can be placed on a concrete base. The gate he erected has been nailed to a hedge, instead of ensuring the posts were secure.
