Patrick at Third Eye has by far been the most professional person who has visited me to offer a quote. He had a mask - the only tradesman to do so - and he treated me with respect and explained everything he found that also needed to be done in order to complete the work. Had there not been so many underlying issues with the pipes and wires and other complications we decided not to remove the chimney breast but if we ever change our minds I will only approach Third Eye to do the work. His values and work ethics alone gave me a good feel, but his pleasant approach and clear information was exactly how I needed a Tradesman to be, and not everyone has that ability.

Plaster Skimming
Patrick and his team are very professional and friendly and would totally recommend them. They did an amazing job helping me with my living room. Plastering all the ceiling and walls. Patrick was very timely and also offered advice about how to go about painting the new plaster, etc. It was very easy to work with him and his team. Would definitely hire again.

Plaster Skimming
Patrick and his team carried out an excellent job. Patrick arranged for his electrician to come round at very last minute, then he and his team carried out the plastering in the following couple of days. They carried out a very thorough job and we are very happy with the finished results. We fully recommend PR builders.

Internal Plastering
I thought the whole process, from start to finish, was very professional. They were always available to answer questions and showed a high level of workmanship. The final bill was very close to the original estimate and they were exceptional at tidying up at the end of the day.
