Garden Maintenance and Planting Assistance
I was looking for an actual gardener, one who knew about plants, and the guys at That’s How She Grows answered my ad. They are not the cheapest, but extremely thorough, knowledgeable and solutions focussed. They came first to get my garden ready for winter, came next to sort out a troublesome huge laurel hedge and are just completing flagging and refencing my front garden. This involved plans to acquire a bifold double gate to enable me to easily drive my mobility scooter in and out. The company tasked with building that let us down, but the guys persisted and found another gate maker who just gave them advice to fix the problem, which is working. They also edged the hedge and the flowerbed with sleepers, but the flagging they have done, the attention to detail, the care to make it all useable for me has been superb and worth every penny. There are still a few things to complete and the flowerbed to plant up, but they really are excellent and at the end of every day the clean up was perfect. I was particularly impressed when one of my neighbours was having a go because we were having goods delivered and she could not immediately drive off, yet Adam stayed calmed and polite, despite her rudeness. They are great guys, listen to problems and wishes, advise, find solutions and are tenacious, delivering a high level of service. If you want more than just flags, triangular trees in square tubs, grass, love plants and appreciate a solutions focussed approach I recommend them.
