Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
West Fife was hired to replace our guttering on the front and back of the house. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, worked quickly and neatly. However, when the job was complete and paid for in full, we began to find the old gutters and rubbish from the job in various spots around our property. The quote had included clear up and removal of these old gutters. Wet weather showed the new guttering needed some adjusting and when we made contact to arrange this he did not return messages, calls or return to the property. Recent strong winds also revealed old guttering having been left on the flat roof that had been hidden from our view, which the wind had blown into our garden posing a risk to our family's safety. We are left with large pieces of guttering which we have no means of disposing of.
