Good communication, decent price. Nick came round to price up the job, which was to replace three double-glazed window panes. His price was reasonable. He asked £100 deposit, which I thought was fair. The delivery was delayed, which Nick said was a fault with the supplier, so it wasn't finished as soon as I'd hoped, but when he did the fitting on the day he was lightning quick. Good finish and clean-up. Happy to recommend Nick.
