Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
The initial work was completed to a good standard; however we had a problem and he did state he would be out the next day. Heard nothing either by text or phone call and purposefully stayed in. For 2 weeks continually texting or phoning with the promise that he would be coming either the next day or later that week, the repair did not get completed! In the end we had to appoint another trades person to complete the repair, which was down to this person. Very disappointed in the follow up as initially he seemed excellent
