My name is Mike Middleton, and I’m reaching out to introduce you to my newly established company, Tenant Mate.
Tenant Mate specialize in providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services tailored specifically for rental properties. Catetring for both Landlords and Tenants. We are fully insured and consider all works as we are a local business treat each customer as an individual.
I understand the challenges of keeping on top of keeping a property in order alongside the busy day to day norm, we provide professional services that help you maintain your properties to the highest standard, from end-of-tenancy cleans to ongoing maintenance tasks.
Some services We offer, but not limited to:
-Comprehensive end of / pre tenancy cleaning services: including deep hygiene cleans and carpet cleaning
-Handyman services: From minor repairs to a property clearance and refresh. This also includes any outdoor tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming and garden clearances
-Flexible scheduling to fit with your needs and minimize downtime and speed up turnaround we are available weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Vacant property upkeep: For those properties still awaiting to be rented out to keep them viewing ready
Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience that allows you to focus on everything else whilst you are rest assured that your property is in good hands.
