He worked from 10 until 3.50, charged me £350.00. He did take a lot of waste away, but he did not trim the hedge as I asked him to, it belongs to a neighbour and overhangs my property, and he did not take it back far enough, it complained a great deal as well. I have mobility problems and did not realize how bad it was until my daughter came over. He is lazy and selective in the work he does, he took advantage of me and I am disgusted with him.

I take great pride in my work and always strive to go above and beyond for every customer, ensuring everything is completed to a high standard with care a respect. Regarding the hedge, I understood there were limitations due to it belonging to your neighbour, and I aimed to trim it within what I believed was appropriate without overstepping boundaries. If there was any misunderstanding on the extent of the work required, I truly apologise. As for the time and cost, my price reflects not only labour but also the licensed removal and disposal of a significant amount of waste which is both time consuming and costly on my end. It is very upsetting to hear such harsh words, especially as I always aim to treat every customer fairly and respectfully. I’d be happy to speak further and see how we can resolve this amicably.
