    After posting the job he contacted me straight away which was fantastic. We arranged to visit for today between 12:00-13:00. He rang me before 12:00 and advised that he will be with me at 2pm which was fine with me. I just rang hem 20 minutes later and he advised that he is not coming at all. This is not how I would expect to be look after at all. At least he told me what was wrong with my roof from uploaded pictures that's why I am giving 2 starts out of 5 otherwise would have been 1. Thank you.

    Arrived earlier than agreed but completed the job quickly. So far so good.
