Working for various agents across all areas of London for the last 8 years as a plumbing engineer, I have vast experience in planned and reactive plumbing and drainage works.
A time served plumber I aim for a first fix approach on all appointments, if this is not possible a detailed quote would be provided on works required along with accompanying job detail and photos. Be it a leaky tap, a leak to a flat below, a blockage, or a replacement bathroom or refurbishment we have it all covered.
Confident liaising with tenants over appointments and access arrangements, explaining in detail to landlords the works and what is required. I have no hesitations in providing constant communications and keeping detail within remits permitted by either yourself or the landlord.
(Tenant not to be told, cheapest option, temp fix etc.)
Along with basic terms, I can also offer a 24 hour emergency call out service. I do have the relevant insurances in place for all works undertaken.

Unblock Bathroom Sink Tap
Very pleased with Superplumb. Mohammad was very punctual - which is always a good start - and in a short time replaced the old tap with a nice new tap, which he took the trouble to go buy from the local merchant. Professional service, reasonable price and a friendly attitude. I strongly recommend.

Repair Sagging Guttering on Extension

Repair or Replace Faulty Cock Stop
Mohammad of Superplumb came to my home ro replace my stopcock. I can now stop water coming into my home. He was very polite and got on with the job and tidied up any minimum mess made. I would definitely recommend him. Am excellent service

Repair Snapped Radiator Valve
Mohammad is super friendly and did a professional job replacing a broken valve, fixing my water leakage and resetting the boiler pressure. Mohammad arrived on the same evening of me posting my job, was able to complete the work within under a hour, had all the tools available and offered a reasonable price considering it was an emergency and it being the weekend.
