Avoid at all costs. Arranged a job with Paul who took a materials deposit of over £200 from me . He then spent the next few months arranging to carry out the job and then finally cancelling. A month later after numerous requests still awaiting my materials deposit. Absolutely fuming!!!

Absolutely outstanding service: from the first contact to the quote visit and subsequent completion of works, the detailed information, communication, repspect and care that was shown towards my elderly mother, was second to none. Sullivan Maintenance could not be faulted- The quality of work, coupled with the attention to detail, and the excellent customer service was fantastic. Paul talked my mum through options, guided her with his years of professional experience, and helped her whilst on the job to get results better than she hoped. We are already in contact to book further jobs and Mum will not dream of having anyone else to help her update her home. We highly recommend.

Reasonable quote. It was only after he had gone that I saw a few bits and bobs that had been missed. He did say however if there was any problem to call him back. Pleasant man, would recommend.
